my n82 often restart suddenly.
it's very annoying

Yes same happens to me, am on ver 20.x.x. I think when it goes below 80.MB of ram it restarts suddenly...

My guess there is a file or application that is corrupted on your phone. As Mr G has suggested upgrade the firmware on the phone, at the very least I would do a hard reset on the phone and install your apps one at a time and see if it happens again. You may identify the offending app this way if it happens again.
